DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
for Namami Inc.

If you would like data associated with your account or activity on Namami Inc.’s website, tools, or connected third-party integrations (such as Meta or Google) deleted, follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to Contact@NamamiInc.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address or account associated with the data
- A brief description of what data you’d like deleted (e.g., “my Facebook Login data,” “form submission data,” “ad account access data”)
What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- We will locate and delete the requested data from our systems within 30 days of confirming your request, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (e.g., financial or contractual records).
- We will send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon request, we delete personal data we hold that is tied to you, including but not limited to contact information submitted through our website, and any data retrieved via connected platform integrations (such as Meta Login) that we no longer need to provide services.
What May Not Be Deleted
Data we are legally required to retain (such as billing/tax records) will be retained only as long as required by law and deleted thereafter.
